This is Who We Are: Family Origin and Vocation of Service

Together with my daughter, I started this project with the goal of helping families like ours find the perfect caregiver. The purpose of our project is based on trying, in addition to guaranteeing the knowledge and experience of the caregiver profile, to achieve adequate empathy based on an acceptable compatibility of characters. Today, Cuidte Servicios Auxiliares has grown, without losing its family origin, or the personalized attention that characterizes us. We mainly serve clients in the Community of Madrid. We have opened an office in the Sierra Norte area, where the logistics of travel are challenging, with the aim of being able to personally attend and offer our services to adult and dependent elderly people.

An important milestone in our trajectory was the incorporation of Pablo Torres to our team. He is an endearing person, a professional with enthusiasm and a great vocation. It has become a fundamental part of Cuidnos Servicios Auxiliaries. Their experience, knowledge and passion for surrounding themselves with the best specialized human team have been key in the growth and consolidation of our project.

We are aware of the fragility and special needs required by people in a situation of dependency. For this reason, we take the time to get to know each case in depth, and offer a personalized service adapted to the specific needs of each family.

We maintain the closeness and personal treatment that characterizes us from the beginning. We are aware that caring for a family member in a situation of dependency is a difficult and delicate decision, which requires a close and empathetic treatment that transmits enough confidence so that he/she feels accompanied throughout the process.

Our main goal is to find the perfect caregiver for each family member in a situation of dependency. To do this, we carry out an exhaustive selection of the staff, evaluating not only their technical skills, but also their empathy, responsibility and affection for the elderly.

We accompany you throughout the process, from the search for the caregiver to the hiring and subsequent follow-up. We take care of all the necessary procedures so that you can dedicate yourself to the most important thing; take care of your family member.

Our team is made up of qualified professionals with extensive experience in the care of the elderly. In addition, they all share the same vocation: to provide a quality, professional and empathetic service with people who need it.
