Below, you will find the form you must complete to send us the Complaints Form (in accordance with Article 1.4 of Annex I.B. of Order 612/1990, of November 6 – Community of Madrid). You can send it to us completed and signed by email or in person.

Cuidándote Auxiliary Services will forward the document, once received, to the Administration within a maximum of 5 business days from receipt.

The user may submit their claim directly to the Administration if they wish.
