How can you join our team?Selection process:
- Essential requirements:
- 1. Personalized interview: we will evaluate your experience, skills and aptitudes for the care of elderly and dependent people.
- 2- Updated CV: Your CV must be up-to-date and reflect your work experience in the social and health field.
- 3- Course in Social and Health, Geriatrics or Nursing: You must have a course in Social and Health, Geriatrics or Nursing, and attach the documents that accredit it.
- 4- Documentation and references of the latest works: We will ask you for the documentation and references of your latest jobs to verify your work experience.
- 5- Validation of documentation and references: We will validate all the documentation and references you provide us.
- 6- Final personal interview: If you pass the previous steps, we will summon you to a final personal interview where we will evaluate your suitability and human quality for the position.
- 7- Signature of the PRD (Data Protection): Once selected, you must sign the PRD (Data Protection) to guarantee the confidentiality of our clients' information.
Upon meeting these requirements and passing the selection process, we will register you in our CRM for future job opportunities.
